Attorney John M. De Foor, II is the Director of the Personal Injury Litigation Department and Director of the Wrongful Death Litigation Department with The Griffin Law Firm. Prior to attending law school, Attorney De Foor spent several years in law enforcement as a patrol officer, a detective, a field-training officer, and as a member of his department’s executive/dignitary protection detail.  Since graduating from law school, Mr. De Foor has obtained a wealth of experience as a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney.  He has also gained valuable experience working as an insurance defense attorney for several major insurance companies.  He now uses that experience to represent clients injured as the result of the negligence of others.  Since 2008, John has had the privilege of serving as a Municipal Court Judge in several metro Atlanta cities.
