Good Comunication. Worked quickly. Initially, I thought I could handle the insurance company on my own but after some consideration, I decided to hire Richard Griffin to handle my auto accident. He made it a point to reach out to me a few times throughout my case and often explained details in my case I would have missed otherwise.
